The bed was cozy, but the hot water wasn't working .

The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from a large memorial tower. Efficient service, provided by the competent staff.

I booked spotless new-fashioned room with single beds. The breakfast was tasty and exceptionally good and had a great selection of options. The location was marvellous, in Newtown Mactan area. The staff was very nice all that time.

The pool area was nice to relax after a long day. Check out the omelette station at breakfast. It was pretty good!

The staff are very, very nice and deserve a 4-star rating. The double room is modern and has a kettle, an electronic key card, and a TV. Private bathroom is clean. It has great location in The Mactan Newtown district just next door to the beach and the airport in Cebu, Philippines, all the restaurants and conviene stores, and the Philippines;)))

We faced several challenges . The cleanliness of the rooms was quite disappointing. We found a cockroach in one of them, and the rugs appeared dusty. The restaurant's food quality left much to be desired. The breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, frustrating, and the dinner we tried lacked flavor. On top of that, the staff, while friendly, seemed to take their time addressing requests, resulting in slow service in the pool area.

The hotel offers a nice location with easy access to nearby restaurants and a shuttle service to a private beach area. Rooms are clean, and I particularly enjoyed the traditional Irish pancakes at breakfast. The food choices could use more Western options, and there were instances where certain tea varieties ran out too quickly. The check-in process was a bit slow, and the noise from nearby facilities occasionally disrupted the peace.

The location is a big plus, close to shops and a public beach. I loved that it was just a short walk to the supermarket. The pool area was a nice spot to relax.
